What time may I check in?

Is it possible to check in earlier?

Of course, if we have available rooms. Please call the hotel directly prior to your arrival to make any necessary arrangements. Tel: +7 (495) 730 65 98.


Can I leave my luggage in the hotel until 2 pm?

Yes, we offer you our luggage office service. Please contact our Front Office.


What time do I need to check out?

Check out time is at noon.

Do you have any parking area for guests?

We offer an underground parking (at additional charge). Contact our front office in advance to know the prices and availability.

What does “guarantee accommodation” mean?

Guarantee accommodation means that you have made a prepayment. If your room is not prepaid and you didn’t arrive until 6pm on the day requested, your reservation may be cancelled.


How can I receive the invoice?

We give the invoice to guests who have paid for the room using “Bank transfer”(only for legal entity person). If you are making online booking you will get special form to fill out with your company payment details. The voucher and invoice will be sent to the submitted email address automatically.


Why is online booking considered so useful?

First of all, with online booking you may see the availability in real time. Secondly, it will take you about three minutes to book a hotel room. And on the top of all, you can chose any payment you like, whether by cash or bank card, e - money or Bank transfer.


Is it possible to arrange business meeting or personal event in your hotel?

Is it possible to accommodate the 2nd guest without his or her ID (passport)?

Guest’s ID (passport) is obligatory. Foreigners need to have their international passport and migration card. Birth certificate is required for children.


How long will it take me to receive the invitation to get Russian visa?

Select our iVisa service to get your invitation in short term. Service cost is 700 RUB per one guest.

    It has everything you can expect from modern new hotel located in one of the biggest European cities.It is located in a distance from the center however various options of the public transport are available, so it should not be an issue.

    Good Value for money. What we like was the shuttle service on the hour to the metro and the Shopping centre. It makes it easy to pick a bus or train. Although we have traveled mostly with Uber, which I found is very convenient and the pricing was not too bad. The room was clean and they serve a big buffet breakfast.

    Anton at the reception was very helpful, he made our stay at the hotel a pleasant one. The hotel is very close to the center of Moscow and is easy with their bus shuttle to reach public transport and back to the hotel.
