Since 19th February the Great lent has begun, and our Chef Alexander Larionov proved once again that lean meals can be delicious, healthy and beautiful. Mixed salad with beetroot dumplings, grapefruit and orange, fried almond and olive oil and Lenten Olivier (Russian salad) with tiger prawns, dressed with Lenten mayonnaise will surprise and delight gourmets. Our delicious Tuscan vegetable soup with white beans and Imperial porcini clear soup will warm your after walk along Moscow. As main courses taste Cabbage stuffed with rice, onions, carrots and celery with tomato sauce and Lenten sour cream or Neapolitan-style Tagliatelle with vegetables. And of course, our Chef hasn’t forgotten about the desserts. Mango soup with blackcurrant sorbet and almond flakes and Pear strudel with raspberry sauce will satisfy the most demanding gourmet!
The Lenten menu is valid from 19th February till 7th April.
