How do I become a member of Loyalty program Privilege?
You can get your card and become a member of loyalty program when filling the registration form at the Reception.
Why do I have to join the Loyalty program Privilege?
This program allows you to get additional discounts on accommodation and F&B and other benefits.
How can I earn points?
When you stay at the Intourist Kolomenskoe Hotel you earn the amount of points equivalent with the room value after all discounts, 1 RUB is equivalent to 1 POINT. Other additional expenses such as restaurant charges, room-service, laundry expenses and etc. are not included in points calculation.
Please know that your points will be credited to your account under next conditions:
Show your loyalty card at the Reception and specify about your participation in loyalty program when booking to get all the discounts and privileges!
What should I do if I lost my loyalty card?
You can ask for a new card at the Reception or send a request by email email@example.com
May I give my loyalty card to another person?
Your card is personal. You cannot sell the card or lend it to another person.
How long is my loyalty card valid?
Your loyalty card Privilege has not time-bound action.
How can I check my account balance?
Please send us a request with your card number and family name to firstname.lastname@example.org
How long will it take for bonus points to be credited to my account after staying at the hotel?
